ic and anatomic features of location of liver and GB algorithm of choice of minimally invasive intervention in patients with GSD was developed. The improvement of medical-diagnostic approach in treatment of GSD and its complications contributed the improvement of results of surgical treatment, that allowed to reduce the rate of complications from 13,7% to 5,8%.
