людались быстрая нормализация активности протеиназ и ингибиторов протеолиза, а также свободнорадикального окисления (на 3-и - 5-е сутки, в контроле - на 7-10-е) и стабилизация достигнутых значений вплоть до 11-12 мес. наблюдения. Все это свидетельствует в целом о более высокой эффективности разработанного метода лечения.

The dissertation is devoted to development of a method of elimination of defects and deformations for face soft tissues which consists from injection level-by-level introduction in a tissues polyacrilamid gel on a background adaptable and immunocorrector therapies. 133 patients with typical variants of deformations (interbrow, nasolabial folds) and defects (hypoplasia lips) face soft tissues are surveyed and treated. They have made three groups of supervision. Distinctions consisted in a technique of elimination of the revealed defects. In control group there were a known technique of single-layered accommodation PАА of gel in tissues. In the first and in the second basic groups implant entered level-by-level. In addition to it in the second basic group in a therapeutic complex have included preparation Traumel-S (as immunocorrector, antioxidant and adaptogen). The analysis of results of clinical surveys of representatives groups for comparisons in different terms of supervision has allowed to reveal significant distinctions on the majority of considered parameters (percent of cases of full elimination of defect, non-uniform distribution of a material with formation heliomas, partial implant migration from a zone of introduction, development of local inflammatory reactions in the remote terms). Thus, the quantity of positive outcomes of treatment raises to 26,94 %, frequency of development of local inflammatory reactions decreases to 11,2 %.
Character of changes of biochemical parameters of a saliva (trypsinosimilar, antitryptic, catalassasimilar, and antioxidizing activity), cytochemicals of blood (SDG and LDG), local thermometry, biopotentionalmetry and rheography has allowed to establish more expressed positive changes developing in early and remote the after implantation period at representatives of the second basic group. All this testifies as a whole to higher efficiency of the developed method of treatment.
